Migraine & Headache Massage

When a migraine overwhelms you, I’m here to bring compassionate personalized relief.

Migraine & Headache Relief Massage

Migraines and severe headaches can be overwhelming — this massage is designed to help bring you relief. During your session, I’ll focus on the muscles most commonly involved in headache and migraine pain, including the scalp, neck, jaw, shoulders, and upper chest.

Using a combination of targeted massage techniques, heat and cold therapy, and headache-specific essential oils, I work to calm irritated nerves, reduce muscle tension, and ease inflammation. This hot-and-cold approach helps increase circulation, relax overactive muscles, and provide soothing relief to the areas most affected by migraine pain.

Each session is customized to your comfort level — whether you prefer more heat, more cold, or a gentler touch, I’ll adjust the treatment to your needs.

This session is ideal for anyone experiencing migraines, tension headaches, or neck and shoulder pain that contributes to headaches.

“Regular massage can improve blood flow and reduce trigger points—areas of tight muscle fibers that can cause pain in other parts of the body, including the head. This enhanced circulation and relaxation of trigger points may help in managing and preventing migraines.”
